Anyone for Peaches & Cream? … beer that is.

MixTape Beverage Company’s first brew is a smooth, creamy summer hit. Bursting with aromas of peaches and citrus fruit, a layered creamy head and crisp new world IPA finish this bright, bold brew has drinkers screaming for more.

Peaches and Cream and MixTape Beverages is the inspiration of founder and home-cum-commercial brewer Chad Mitchell.

Chad explains how MixTape started as a dream over 10 years ago when brewing at his home in the craft beer capital of the world (references needed please!) of Santa Rosa, California “It all began, as most good stories do, over a pint of beer at the esteemed Russian River Brewing Company when inspiration struck and a passionate hobby was born.”

Founder Chad Mitchell made the jump from craft beer distributor to brewer

For the last 8 years Chad has traveled, brewed, and tasted every beer possible in his journeys around the world. Most recently he honed his craft and taste while working with regional craft beer distributor Beervana as their Vietnam Business Development manager.

It was only while in Saigon that a path to finally launch the business became a reality and MixTape was born.

MixTape is dedicated to the pursuit of F.U.N. – FRESH, UNIQUE, and NEVER-BORING products. In the spirit of all great artisans Chad aims to bring creativity to everything he does, and never wants to settle for mediocrity.

Elaborating on the inspiration behind his company name Chad explains “Like a great MixTape our beers are a love letter to our friends”, referring to the old school recording device that many of today’s young craft beer drinkers would probably not remember. He continues “we base all of our inspirations on music and the wild diversity that exists in the art of song. Great beer, like great music, brings people together.”

Chad would also like to state for the record that no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer, he relied purely on the magic of hops, malt, yeast, and water.
