Vietnam’s East West Brewing recently opened the doors to their second brewery & taproom.
In a contrast to their original outlet in the hectic industrial hub of Ho Chi Minh City, this new outlet backs on to the sprawling sandy beaches of Da Nang in the heart of the country offering a seaside ambiance and relaxing views of the South China Sea.
Modelled after traditional craft brewpubs from around the world, the new outlet has a 1,000 sq/m footprint and is divided into four main areas: the outdoor beachside patio, restaurant, rooftop, and two private rooms.
Able to accommodate around 500 guests, the new brewery is an ideal spot for events or just to chill and soak up the beachside ambiance with an ale from the on-site brewery’s diverse range of beers.
As the name suggests, East West Brewing aims to connect people from around the world through its craft beers, while also contributing to Da Nang’s tourism industry, tapping into the global rise in beer tourism.

According to Loc Truong, the General Manager of East West Brewing, the new brewery is not only a must-visit for craft beer enthusiasts, but also for anyone looking to enjoy the open beachside atmosphere and amazing views of the white, sandy Mỹ Khê coast.
East West Brewing’s nine original craft beers are distributed in over 1,000 locations across Vietnam, including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The brewery has also recently expanded internationally, with distribution in Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and Singapore – countries that all have direct flights to Da Nang city.
The company’s commitment to quality and innovation has earned it international recognition and as post-pandemic tourism gathers pace is sure to help attract more visitors to the vacation hotspot to enjoy Da Nang’s growing number of craft breweries.
