Da Nang based 7 Bridges Brewing Co. recently held the grand opening of its second taproom in Vietnam’s southern Ho Chi Minh City.
Situated at 38 Đông Du Street in the heart of downtown District 1, the chic and refined establishment, which officially opened to the public on 20 January, grows the award winning brewery’s presence in Vietnam’s beer capital.
The new taproom boasts three floors of elegantly designed space with an impressive lineup of 40 taps offering 7 Bridges’ diverse portfolio of flavours from their core and seasonal beers as well as guest beers and ciders from some of Vietnam’s top craft producers.
The new taproom also continues 7 Bridges’ eye on sustainability, emphasizing their ‘Zero Waste Mission’ which promises minimal environmental impact while contributing to a brighter, greener future. This commitment reflects the brewery’s dedication to responsible business practices, making it a conscientious choice for patrons who share a passion for both craft beer and environmental stewardship.
7 Bridges’ commitment to creating awareness on sustainability saw the launch of their latest “Faces of 7 Bridges” project in November 2023. This unique endeavour spotlights individuals and activists making significant strides in sustainability and community engagement by featuring their faces on the brewery’s beer cans.
The company has also made it’s mark at the forefront of brewing innovation, having introduced the world’s first NFT craft beer with a physical incarnation back in 2021, a project named \iNFTy. In a partnership with Trace Network Labs, the brewery released a series of 99 digital craft beer bottles as non-fungible tokens (NFT) with a physical counterpart carefully cellared until Leap Year Day, 2024.
