Da Nang’s 7 Bridges Brewing Company has opened up their 4th taproom in the southern city of Saigon.

Nestled in the heart of Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon to it’s residents, the outlet is located in central District 1 on Le Thanh Ton Street, not far from the popular Pasteur Street Brewing Company and Heart of Darkness Brewery taprooms.

For those who know the area of downtown Saigon, the venue faces onto the main road and wraps around into the chic ‘Little Tokyo’ hem (side street).

The new outlet presents the 7 Bridges artisanal and experiential concept across three floors and an alfresco terrace. An open kitchen serves fusion tapas, beer-inspired mains and 7 Bridges signature 50 cm pizzas.

The cozy ground floor bar boasts 20 taps featuring the brewery’s core and experimental beers as well as a guest tap or two. This area opens out onto the hem and is a great place to watch the world go by or chat with friends through an open feature window.

Bottled craft beers from Vietnamese and world breweries can be found in the 2nd-floor Bottle Room, and hidden on the 3rd floor is a beautiful Cocktail Bar, Terrace and Dining Room.

In recent years the 7 Bridges Brewing Co. has seen considerable success at the Asia Beer Championship including landing 4 gold awards and receiving the Champion Medium Sized Brewery of Asia award in 2019. In 2020 they took advantage of the lull in business caused by the global pandemic to launch a brand new look for the brewery as well as the world’s first NFT/Reverse Avatar craft beer.

7 Bridges operates three other taprooms in Vietnam. Of the move to finally open up in the southern business hub brewery founder Stanley Boots said “Da Nang and Hoi An will always be our home, and Hanoi a natural fit, however Saigon is the driving force for Vietnam’s beer scene so we are very happy to have a home in the city.”

The 7 Bridges Saigon Taproom can be found in District 1 at 15b/12 Le Thanh Ton Street. The outlet is now open for dine-in, take away and delivery.
