New nightlife venue, Porche, opens in the Delhi satellite city with on-site brewed craft beer and haute cuisine
The nightlife sector in Delhi’s satellite city of Gurgaon, officially known as Gurugram, has a new multi-level venue called Porche that combines gastronomy, craft beer, mixology, and entertainment in one location.
Established by brothers Sanjay Kumar Singh and Sandu Kumar Singh, Porche offers three distinct areas: a high-energy bar, an upscale dining area, and an open-air rooftop lounge. Porche incorporates a fully integrated German brewery system, reflecting its ambition to introduce new craft beer standards to the local market.
The venue’s design draws on Mediterranean and colonial influences, featuring hand-painted interiors, custom furnishings, and carefully chosen lighting.
Each level is intended to cater to different preferences. The second floor houses a lively bar scene, hosting live music and serving craft cocktails, while the first floor provides a refined dining atmosphere that focuses on a diverse menu of global cuisines.
The rooftop lounge, positioned as a more relaxed space, offers a panoramic view of Gurgaon’s skyline, along with artisanal pizzas, pastas, sushi, and handcrafted beverages.
According to its founders, the establishment is positioned not only as a dining or bar destination, but also as a “lifestyle” location designed to accommodate an array of social occasions and moods.
The culinary team at Porche has experience from several prominent hospitality brands, including Oberoi, Taj, and Leela. The menu ranges from grilled lobsters and New Zealand lamb chops to Mediterranean-style cuisine and a variety of Pan-Asian dishes.
In addition to its food offerings, Porche places emphasis on innovative mixology. Inspired by major global landmarks, the cocktail menu utilises botanical-based ingredients, avoiding synthetic additives.
