Combined golfing and craft beer venue opens in Bengaluru’s Whitefield district, largest in Asia

Prime Golf has officially opened its doors in the heart of Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a concept that merges the excitement of golf with the luxury of craft brewing under one roof.

The facility, which spans 152,000 square feet and has a seating capacity of 1,500, aims to elevate leisure and entertainment through its concept created by entrepreneur Dabbara Mallikarjuna Naidu, according to the company announcement. Prime Golf will also break away from traditional elite golf clubs by welcoming families, friends, and corporate groups.

The outlet also takes over from Ironhill brewery (also in Bangaluru) as the largest brewpub in Asia.

The new venue features state-of-the-art facilities and has Asia’s largest microbrewery. Brewing is led by award-winning brewmaster Umang Nair. Nair, with over 12 years of experience, has curated an exceptional lineup of craft beers, including IPAs, lagers, sour beers, millet-based brews, and fruit-infused ales. Highlights include the Birdie Weizen (Hefeweizen), Whack Wit (Belgian Witbier), Fairway Ale (Golden ale), Weizenbock, Hopshot IPA, and Pineapple Passionfruit Prime ale. A mango ale is also on the way.

In addition to craft beers, Prime Golf offers expertly crafted cocktails by renowned mixologist Avinash Kapoli. Guests can enjoy watching the sport at individual golf bays while savouring drinks and panoramic views from the expansive bar and LED screen.

Diners at the facility can pick from more than 450 dishes prepared by celebrity Chef Sombir Choudhary. Signature dishes include Baby Potato Tuk, Sweet-sour Pork Belly, and Flourless Mudcake.
