Danish brewing giant Carlsberg is inviting Singapore beer lovers to try their new alcohol free beer for only $0.10 a can.
They are hoping to persuade fans the latest product in their range tastes as good as their full strength offering.
The new range boasts two flavours, the Carlsberg Alcohol Free Pilsner and the Carlsberg Alcohol Free Wheat, which contain not more than 0.5 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV).
Due to the lower alcohol content the alcohol free beer has the added benefit of being lower in calories.
General Manager of Carlsberg Singapore, Mr Olivier Dubost, hoped drinkers would see the advantages of switching to the low alcohol version of their brew “As more consumers across all legal age groups proactively become more health-conscious to maintain their wellbeing, seek premium, high quality products and entertain at home, they are increasingly looking for more beverage options that are in line with their lifestyles. This is where the Carlsberg Alcohol Free Beer range comes in, offering two great choices for consumers to enjoy, without compromising on taste.”
Carlsberg have teamed up with local online delivery platform Redmart to offer this deal. However those hoping to enjoy this promotion should be warned – with a minimum spend of $60 to enjoy free shipping that’s a lot of cans of alcohol free beer.
