The Asia Brewers Network will be launching a new monthly 1-on-1 interview webcast this weekend.
The 45 minute discussion session, hosted by Oliver Woods, will explore developments in specific markets around Asia as well as broader topics with region wide impact.
ABN Talks is part of a planned roll-out of online discussion groups and webinars, hosted by the Asia Brewers Network.
In the first of the series Oliver talks with Delhi based brewer Gautham Gandhi, founder of India’s Singularity Brewing Project.
India is undoubtedly one of the region’s sleeping giants in the world of beer. With a domestic market expanding at breakneck speed, liberalisation of alcohol policies in some states and brand names now recognizable around the globe the sub-continent deserves more attention.
Oliver and Gautham will be discussing the current state of beer in India, his epic brewing journey to Vietnam and back, and prospects for the future of the scene in the face of compliance and quality challenges.
