Brewerkz, one of Singapore’s original craft breweries, has opened it’s 5th restaurant and taproom in heart of the Bidadari Town residential district of the island.
To compliment it’s 8 taps of handcrafted award-winning craft beers the 120-seater Brewerkz Woodleigh Mall offers an all-day dining concept, serving a tantalizing blend of modern European, classic American and Asian favourites from breakfast till late night. It also boasts an extensive coffee menu and rotation of over-the-counter cakes and pastries.
The rotating selection of beers will offer many of Brewerkz’s core range of brews, as well as some of their innovative seasonal offerings.
The new outlet is located in Woodleigh Mall and is conveniently connected to the Woodleigh MRT station and an upcoming bus interchange.
Commenting on a refreshed concept design for the new outlet, Owner and CEO of Brewerkz, Tan Wee Han, said, “We have created a product tailored for this space and location. This new Brewerkz outlet will serve breakfast, have a more café-like ambiance, and feature several new and exclusive dishes. We have also invested in creating a design-driven interior to achieve a fresh and modern look.”

Located on the second floor of the mall the restaurant’s stunning location, overlooking the scenic Alkaff Lake and adjacent wooded Heritage Walk, offers patrons a picturesque view with which to enjoy their food and brews.
The design-driven interior features a blend of natural materials, such as wood, marble, copper, and terracotta, to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The outlets turquoise panneling, blue and white glazed floor tiles, and distressed walls decorated with Brewerkz’s upsized beer artwork add a fun element to the restaurant, making it contemporary, modern, warm, and welcoming.
Group Executive Chef Seow Tzi Qin (TQ) has curated a range of new and exclusive dishes for this outlet, such as the Pulled Beef Mantou Burger with curly fries, Stuffed Berkshire Pork Rack and the Paper Wrapped Laksa Seafood that will delight spice lovers.
The refreshing bowl of mixed fruits, salad greens, fruity acai sorbet and ginger dressing of the Gingerflower Acai Salad is a must-try for keto and salad enthusiasts.
Since it’s founding in 1997 Brewerkz has always been at the forefront of Singapore’s craft beer scene.
