Vietnam’s Belgo have opened their third outlet in the Phu Nhuan district of Ho Chi Minh City.

The Belgian concept brewery and restaurant, founded in 2016, opened it’s doors on Phan Xich Long Avenue on 1st December, just behind the popular Trường Sa riverside entertainment strip.

The original opening was slated for last year, but plans were delayed due to dining restrictions brought about by the global pandemic.

Following the similar chic red-brick concept as the outlets on Nguyễn Văn Thủ and Lê Ngô Cát the outlet features a facade inspired by traditional Flemish architecture designed to emit an authentic Belgian vibe.

The raw cement pillars and ceiling combine with dark wood tables to give an industrial, yet cosy vibe and 16 taps serve the full range of Belgo’s Belgian style beers, all produced at their local brewery by resident brewmaster Gert Keersmaekers.

The outlet also boasts a rooftop dining area for guests to soak in the balmy Saigon evenings.

The new outlet offers up the popular Belgo menu covering a range of staple Belgian fare such as Moules (mussels) and Steak Frites (steak & fries) as well as dishes with a local twist. If you are lucky you may still be able to snap up a bottle or two of their limited release Grands Cru brews.

Address: 186 Phan Xich Long, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District, TP. HCMC.
Opening hours: Monday – Sunday: 3 PM – 10 PM
