With two presentation halls running concurrently, it’s impossible to see everything. This is where Brew Asia becomes an incredible platform for advancing your team’s collective expertise. Before you arrive, study the programme and consider a ‘divide and conquer’ approach to cover more ground.
Anchor your schedule around our two legendary keynote speakers, John Palmer and Fal Allen. Their decades of experience has helped shape the craft beer world, and their insights provide the perfect bookends for two days of intense learning.
A major educational highlight this year is our collaboration with the World Brewing Academy. Brewmaster Michael Eder will present three in-depth sessions covering lager mashing, the use of rice & adjuncts, and best packaging practices. These technical insights offer world-class knowledge on fundamental brewing processes, essential for any brewery looking to improve their quality and efficiency.
By strategically planning your schedule around these keynotes and technical deep dives, your brewery will return with a comprehensive set of new ideas and actionable insights, enhancing your entire brewing operation.
