It’s here!!! We are so excited to announce that all of our Core Strains are now available in PurePitch^® Next Generation!

We have been releasing strains over the past few months, while continuing to gather feedback on our New PurePitch® Next Generation, and are now able to offer all of our Core Strain Lineup as well as several Vault Strains in this format.

You asked, and we listened!

The modular size and volume with more consistent cell concentrations allows for PurePitch® Next Generation to be used on any batch size, and our custom pitch rate calculator on www.yeastman.com ensures that you will have the right pitching rate for a foolproof fermentation!

Once you have PurePitch® Next Generation in your hands you’re going to immediately notice and love, the improvements we’ve made.

• A sleek new package complete with handles
• A resealable cap for sampling and pitching
• All of the information you’ll need for the perfect fermentation, including a QR code which will take you to the verified Quality Report for your lot and strain information.
• The proprietary film, FlexCell™Technology, of the pouch has been enhanced to allow for better off-gassing to minimize expanded or leaking pouches and promote optimal yeast health.

While we still offer our original PurePitch® packaging and sizes for most of our strains, we are transitioning all strains exclusively into PurePitch® Next Generation over the coming months.
