Peace, Love & Apples: The Saigon Cider Journey

Oliver Woods talks with Saigon Cider founder Hannah Jefferys and explores the trials and tribulations of setting up a cidery in Southeast Asia.

Oli and Hannah discuss her journey from architecture to building Vietnam’s leading cidery (est. 2013), the prospects for cider’s growth in Saigon and around the region, and her recent recognition for her locally inspired ciders in regional and global competitions.
