ABN Talks Host Oliver Woods speaks with Crystalla Huang, Brewmaster at RedDot BrewHouse, one of Singapore’s pioneer craft breweries.

They will discuss Crystalla’s journey from homebrewing to becoming Singapore’s first certified female brewmaster, how RedDot fits into Singapore’s rapidly evolving beer scene and what it is like taking charge as the second-generation in a family-owned craft beer and hospitality business.

RedDot was founded in 1997 by Crystalla’s father Ernest Ng and has subsequently become a trailblazer in the Singaporean craft beer and culinary scene. From building bespoke brewpub concepts on the ‘little red dot’ to international expansion, Ernest & Crystalla have built one of the region’s few sustainable independently-owned craft breweries.
