More than 60 local craft beers will be featured at the upcoming Mabrewhay Craft Beer Festival, a three-day event held in Makati, Metro Manila, celebrating Philippine brewing culture alongside music, art, and community-driven entrepreneurship.
The Mabrewhay Craft Beer Festival will take place from May 16 to 18, 2025 at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City, one of Metro Manila’s busiest commercial districts. The event is co-presented by AyalaLand and Make it Makati.
Participating breweries include Boondocks Brewing, Craft Beer Sanctuary, Cubao Brewery, Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits, Engkanto Brewery, Monkey Eagle, Nipa Brew, Papa Bolo. and others known for their distinct and small-batch brews.
The event will serve as a platform to highlight the growing craft beer movement in the country, catering to both seasoned enthusiasts and casual drinkers, according to the organisers. Attendees at the event can expect a wide range of styles, ranging from hop-forward IPAs to malty stouts, offering a well-rounded insight into the diversity of the local brewing scene.
The event is being promoted as more than just a beer festival, and is positioned as a celebration of community spirit, cultural expression, and independent craftsmanship. In addition to beer tastings, the festival will feature live performances by Filipino musicians; an exhibit of artworks by local visual artists; and a pop-up market with products from creative entrepreneurs, as well as hosting various dining options.
The event schedule spans various time slots, beginning at 4:00 p.m. on May 16, with extended hours until 1:00 a.m. on May 17, and concluding at 8:00 p.m. on May 18.
