Carlsberg Asia and Foodpanda partner to boost beer accessibility

The move aims to boost delivery options to meet rising consumer demand for beer

Carlsberg Asia has deepened its collaboration with Asia’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, foodpanda, according to the companies. Headquartered in Singapore, foodpanda is currently the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia outside of China, and operates in 11 markets across the continent.

The partnership aims to make Carlsberg’s extensive range of beverages more accessible for consumers during various drinking occasions, including using joint marketing campaigns and promotions designed to make Carlsberg products more appealing and convenient to buy.

“We know that our consumers love their beer, so we are thrilled to strengthen our partnership with Carlsberg to make sure everyone can enjoy their favourite drinks in the freshest and most satisfying ways possible,” said Raphael Zennou, vice president of Quick Commerce at foodpanda. “Together, we are not only meeting our consumers’ demand for high-quality beer, but also enhancing the overall shopping experience with quick and reliable delivery within an hour.”

Both companies have committed to improving the shopping experience through personalised recommendations and special promotions on the foodpanda app. The partnership also involves working with retail giants such as 7-Eleven Singapore, to ensure that consumers have seamless access to Carlsberg beers through a multiplicity of channels.
